专利说明:

The invention relates to the field of textile machinery and relates to a device for clamping and cutting weft yarn on a shuttleless loom.
A device for clamping and cutting j of the weft yarn on a shuttleless loom, comprising jaws freely mounted on the axis for clamping the yarn, cutting plates coaxially mounted with them, one of which is freely mounted on the axis, and means for controlling the jaws and cutting inserts, mounted with the possibility of interaction with the movable stop [1].
This device is the closest to the invention in technical essence and jj achieved result.
However, due to the installation of one of the cutting inserts, it is necessary to move the weft thread laterally.
The aim of the invention is to increase the tenderness of the operation of the device.
This is achieved by the fact that the second cutting insert is mounted on the axis freely, spring-loaded and connected by control. The latter is made in the form of a two-shouldered lever, one end of which is installed with the possibility of contacting with a fixed stop, and the other end in contact with jaws and cutting inserts is forked and has pins. In this case, the jaws and inserts have recesses for pins. The notch width of the spring-loaded cutting insert is larger than the pin diameter.
In FIG. 1 shows the described device, front view; in FIG. 2 - same, right view without cutting inserts; in FIG. 3 - spring-loaded jaws in the open position; in FIG. 4 - elements of spring-loaded jaws and cutting inserts; in FIG. 5 and 6, the sequence of interaction of the jaws and cutting inserts.
On the loom, on each side of the fabric being fabricated, the same devices are installed for clamping and cutting the weft thread, each of which contains the axis 2 mounted on the base 1 (for example, on the loom of the loom), on which spring-loaded jaws 3 and 4 are freely mounted and coaxial with them cutting inserts 5 and 6.
The jaws and plates are pressed against each other by means of a spring 7 mounted on the axis 2. The clamping surfaces of the jaws are parallel to the weft thread 8 and are made with mutual troughs and protrusions, respectively, for better clamping of the weft thread.
, The control of the jaws and cutting inserts is made in the form of a two-shouldered lever 9 mounted on the axis 10, the lower end of which is in contact with the fixed stops 11 ' 0 and the upper end in contact with the jaws and cutting inserts is forked and has pins 12 and 13, while jaws and inserts have recesses for pins. The width of the recess 14 of the spring-loaded spring 15 of the jaw 4 is larger than the diameter of the pin 12.
The spring 15 is installed at one end on the axis 16 and its clamping force against the jaw 4 is regulated by a screw 17. A spring 18 is installed on the axis 17 and is connected to the lever 9. 20
The device operates as follows.
When approaching the batten in front position the lower end of a two-armed lever 9 abuts against the fixed stop 11, which leads to a rotation of the lever on the axis 10. The pins 12 and 13, 5 February ustanovlen- nye at the upper end of the lever claw 9 act simultaneously on sponges 3 and 4th cutting inserts 5 and 6 until the weft thread 8 is clamped between the jaws 3 and 4 (Fig. 5). With a further change of the 30 pins 12 and 13, the jaw 3 and the cutting inserts 5 and 6 move further. The jaw 4 is mixed in the same direction with the jaw 3 due to the recess 14.
, In the process of this movement, the compression force of the weft yarn with jaws 3 and 4 remains constant, while both cutting plates 6 cut the weft yarn 8.
After this, the batan is mixed back, the stop 11 ceases to act on the lever 9, which 40 remains closed due to the spring 18.
In the extreme rear position of the butt, the lower end of the lever abuts against the other, an emphasis (not shown in the drawing), as a result of which the jaws and cutting inserts open.
Jaws 3 and 4 open only when the inserts 5 and 6 are closed, i.e. after the clamping surface of the jaw 4 moves above the level of the cutting insert 6.
The described device allows for stable clamping and cutting of the weft thread at different diameters and twist of the weft thread and does not require accurate and complex setup.

Claims (2)
[1]
3 Sponges and iiriacTreibi are pressed together by a spring 7 mounted on axis 2. The clamping surfaces of the jaws are arranged parallel to the weft yarn 8 and are made with mutual depressions and protrusions, respectively, for better clamping of the weft yarn. The control of the jaws and cutting plates is made in the form of a two-arm lever 9 mounted on the axis 10, the lower end of which is in contact with the fixed stops 1 and the upper end in contact with the jaws and cutting plates is made forked and has studs 12 and 13, while the jaws and cutting inserts have grooves for the calipers. The width of the recess 14 of the spring-loaded spring 15 of the sponge 4 is larger than the diameter of the shafts 12 Spring 15 at one end is mounted on the axis 16 and its pressing force to the sponge 4 is adjusted by a screw 17. On the axis 17 a spring 18 connected to the lever 9 is installed. The device works in the following way. When the batane approaches, the lower end of the two shoulders lever 9 rests on the fixed stop II, which leads to rotation of this lever on the axle 10. The pins 12 and 13 mounted on the upper fork end of the lever 9 simultaneously act on the jaws 3 and 4 ii cutting inserts 5 and 6 until weft 8 is clamped between jaws 3 and 4 (Fig. 5). Upon further movement of the Hmf PTFETB 12 and 13, the sponge 3 and the cutting plates 5 and 6 further move. The sponge 4 moves in the same direction with the sponge 3 due to the recess 14. During this movement, the squeezing force of the yarn 3 and 4 remains constant while both cutting shastins 6 cut the weft thread 8. After the bat has been rewound, the stop 11 ceases to act on the lever 9, which remains closed due to the drum 18. In the rearmost position of the bat, the lower end of the lever rests on the other, stop ( 9 drawing not given a) thereby cutting apastin sponges are opened. The sponges 3 and 4 open only when the cutting plates 5 and 6 are closed, i.e. after the clamping surface of the jaw 4 is moved above the level of the cutting plate 6.. . The described device allows for stable clamping and cutting of the weft yarn with different diameters and twist of the weft yarn and does not require precise and complex adjustment. Claims 1. Device for clamping and cutting weft-. Noah on loomless weaving machine, containing freely mounted on the axis along the springs for clamping the threads and coaxially mounted, cutting plates with them, one of which is freely mounted on the axis, and means for controlling the sponges and cutting plates that can be cooperated with the fixed a stop, characterized in that, in order to increase the reliability of the operation, the second cutting plate is mounted on the axis freely, the spring of the spring and connected with the control means.
[2]
2. The device according to claim 1, wherein the control means is made in the form of a two-arm lever, one end of which is installed with the possibility of contact with a fixed stop, and the other end in contact with jaws and cutting plates, is made into a nested and has pins, while the sponges and cutting plates have grooves for the studs, and the width of the notch of the spring-loaded cutting Plate is larger than the diameter of the pin.
